Acceptance of Terms

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. If you place an order for another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide their details and act on their behalf.

Products and Availability

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography and device displays.

All products are subject to availability. We may correct errors, update product information or withdraw a product before accepting an order.

Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless stated otherwise. The total payable amount, including applicable delivery charges, is shown before order confirmation.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. An order may be suspended or cancelled if payment is not completed, authorized or verified.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. The automated acknowledgement confirms receipt only. The order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment or begin preparing it.

We may contact you to verify order, delivery or sizing information. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, information is incomplete, a price is clearly incorrect, payment fails or fraud is reasonably suspected.

Delivery

Delivery availability, zones, charges and estimates are shown at checkout for the address provided. You are responsible for entering an accurate Qatar zone, street, building, unit and contact number.

Free delivery applies to qualifying orders above QAR 100 when displayed at checkout. Any delivery estimate is not a guaranteed appointment unless we expressly confirm it.

Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person you authorize to receive it.

Made-to-Measure and Personalized Items

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements, specifications and customization choices.

Where permitted by applicable law, a made-to-measure or personalized order cannot be cancelled or returned solely because of a change of mind after production has started. This does not affect your rights where an item is defective, differs materially from the agreed specifications or must otherwise be remedied by law.

Cancellations, Exchanges and Returns

Eligibility and procedures for cancellation, exchange or return are those communicated at the time of purchase or by our customer service team. Contact us before sending any item back.

Where a return or exchange is accepted, the item should be unused, unworn and returned with its original tags and packaging, except where this requirement would conflict with rights granted by applicable law.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Inspect your order promptly after delivery and contact us with the order details and supporting photographs if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Nothing in these Terms limits the remedies available to consumers under Qatar Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection and its amendments, including applicable rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

Website Use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our rights.

Intellectual Property

The Sovana name, branding, designs, photographs, text, graphics and website content are owned by or licensed to Sovana and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal shopping only. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Personal Information

We use information submitted through the website to process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer service, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Do not submit information about another person unless you are authorized to do so.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by you, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, website practices or legal requirements change. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The courts of Qatar have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory rights or complaint channels available to consumers under applicable law.
